Call for Papers: Mindanao Journal of Science and Technology Volume 25, Issue 1 (2027)

The Mindanao Journal of Science and Technology (MJST) is now accepting manuscript submissions for Volume 25, Issue 1 (2027).

Submission Window: September 1–30, 2026

Scope

MJST welcomes original, previously unpublished research across science, engineering, technology, and related fields. Submissions from both local and international authors are encouraged.

Submission Process

  1. Register and log in through the MJST online system at mjst.ustp.edu.ph.
  2. Submit your manuscript via the Open Journal System (OJS).
  3. Manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, completeness, and formatting compliance.
  4. Manuscripts that pass initial screening proceed to double-blind peer review by at least two subject-matter experts.
  5. Authors revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments and recommendations.
  6. Revised manuscripts undergo final editorial evaluation prior to acceptance.
  7. Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, typesetting, and publication.

Manuscript Requirements

  • Format: Microsoft Word document, 1.5 line spacing, 10-point Times New Roman
  • Required attachments: Letter of intent and proofreading certificate
  • All manuscripts must comply with MJST's reference and formatting style, as specified in the journal's Information for Authors
